NETBALL: The GSNA has managed to snare the services of one of Australia's top coaches for a clinic to be held this Sunday August 3 at the Victor Harbor Recreation Centre.
Jill McIntosh is the immediate past All Australian coach and will spend the weekend on the Fleurieu. She was one of Australia's most successful national coaches after a distinguished playing career.
On the Saturday Jill will try to visit all of the 5 venues to watch our players in action. All the coaches of the A grade and 17&U teams are invited to have tea with her that evening at the Hotel Victor.
On the Sunday there will be a coaching clinic from 9.30am to 2pm.
All club coaches, A grade players and umpires and senior administrators are welcome to attend. Because this is such an important opportunity for our people, the Association will be covering the cost of the clinic so it will be free to GSNA members.
Participants will need to bring their own lunch.
During the clinic Jill will address issues she noticed on the Saturday.
Generous points will be allocated in the annual Club Leadership Award to those who attend the clinic.
People wishing to take advantage of this incredible opportunity can get enrolment and further details from their Club Secretary and President.
